Our space is 4,300 square feet with a good mixture of open areas and equipment. We can easily accommodate 20-25 people at a time making our gym a perfect place for private groups and team training!

The perfect place to complete your Bench Pressing, Squatting, Overhead Pressing, and more! Our racks are build by Torque Fitness and can withstand anything you throw at them.
Train on your own, play pick-up with other members, or bring a group to play. The choice is yours!

Enjoy a real road feel with our SB20 Smart Bikes. Feel the hills, the wind and become immersed in the ride. You can link the bikes to ride with a friend or enjoy the routes on your own!

An extremely versitile piece of equipement used in high level Crossfit competitions. Push or pull this bad boy to your goals, but be careful, the faster you go the more it will resist! This piece is great for building speed, endurance, power, will, and strength.
Dumbbell Area
Our dumbbell area hosts dumbbells from 5 pounds to 100 pounds as well as kettle bells up to 88 pounds!
Belt Squat
Our belt squat is an amazing way for people with back injuries or mobility restrictions to still train squats! With the weight being loaded through your hips it provides a more comfortable squat for lots of people.
Nordic Board
The nordic curl is one of the most beneficial exercise for building injury resistant and strong hamstrings. Our nordic board allows you to do this in a safe and comfortable way.
Sprint Area
Our sprint area is ____ meters and equipped with laser timing for all members to use. The lasers time an 8 yard distance and are incredibly accurate. At the end of the turf is a crash pad to help you slow down after the sprint. Be advised, the pad is not to be hit at full speed, but used as an aid to allow you to get to full speeds in the timed split.
Plyometric Area
Our plyo area is used for jump training and is equipped with rings to allow for accelerated jumps, a vertical jump tester, plyo boxes, and other accessories.
