One of the most undervalued aspects in athletic performance is the amount of actions you can preform per minute. More actions leads to more impacts. We use a series of maximal speed efforts to train this.
Speed Efforts
While more actions is important, so is the quality of those actions. When evaluating an athlete you don’t want someone who gives you 100’s of actions at 10% ability, but you also don’t want 5 actions at 90% as it isn’t enough output. Our capacity effort seek to improve your ability to provide value over every action.
