Why Should Athletes Weight Train?
Weight training is a powerful tool for athletes to help with injury prevention and sports performance. By incorporating a weight training routine you can increase your chances to stay healthy and bring your game to the Next Level.
Next Level Athlete Membership
In our athlete program, you will work directly with a coach throughout the full session. Whether it is in a group or solo you will have the attention you deserve to ensure optimal results.
1 on 1 Sessions
Injury Prevention and Recovery
An injured athlete can’t perform. Our sessions will focus on keeping you healthy and prioritizing your recovery when needed. You will have full access to mobility routines, and at-home stretching to help optimize your recovery and keep you ready to go.
You will undergo periodic testing of predetermined tests to ensure progress is being made. Each session will be logged to allow optimal choices in the next session and viewing of previous training blocks.
Progress Tracking
Nutrition Strategy
While nutrition is not a focus, the basic strategy of good options to be consuming, calorie help (gaining or losing weight), and general recommendations are included with this program. The nutrition portion of this membership is completely optional.
If more specific advice is what you are looking for we recommend you seek a nutritionist.
As an athlete, you have a busy schedule containing practices, games, and non-athletic obligations. We will work with you to build out a plan to work around these events and ensure optimal recovery, performance, and periodization. Sometimes a weight session won’t be the correct choice, we will work with you to find alternatives and get the most out of your time.
Long Term Planning + Load Management
Cardio
Maintaining strong cardiovascular ability is important for all athletes. You will have our full support in not only resistance training but cardio plans as well.
